A: You may assign authorized applications to employees based on their needs. For example, some employees can access the accounting system, some only have payroll, etc.

Q: Can I print?
A: Yes, you can. Remote users can simply print files on their local printer.

Q: What broadband service can we use?
A: Any fibre broadband is fine, you can also use mobile 5G or 4G Broadband.

Q: How about my data?
A: For secured backup data, always download backup data to your local remote computer and keep copies in external storage. By using our service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless us (the service provider and our assigns) from all liabilities for all of your software, data, data loss, licenses and related matters.

Q: Do we have to turn on the computer all the time?
A: Remote users only require to turn on their computer when they need to access the applications.

Q: Can I login using my phone?
A: Yes, simply Login to the system from mobile device with HTML5 supported Web Browser
